Hi, my name is Maxine. My mom and dad are getting a divorce and mom had to move to an apartment, and then to top it all off, dad lost his house, so there was no room for my lifetime companion, Ceazar, and me to stay with them. Im an 8½-year-old, 62-pound German Shepherd mix lady who is housebroken, leash trained, and gets along with other dogs and cats. Im in great health (but I qualify for TALGVs Vet Care for Life program anyway!), am gentle and obedient, and know lots of commands. I get a little carsick sometimes and those summer thunderstorms make me anxious, but other than that, Im the perfect, laid-back companion. Since Ive always lived with and depend on Ceazar, TALGV has agreed that we should go to a new home together. Im a mellow, well-mannered girl (she said I was a real joy!) who needs a quiet home where I can be your new best friend.
