Hi, my name is Chase. Although I only lived with the family that adopted me for a short time, they said that I was very sweet and affectionate with people and simply LOVED car rides and long walks. I didnt, however, get along with their cats or dogs, so they agreed that I needed to have a home where I could be king of the hill. I had a head start on good leash manners when I arrived, and now the volunteers are working on honing that skill along with quite a few others (I do a mean sit for a treat!). Im an impressive, 9-year-old, 85-pound yellow Lab/retriever mix (so I qualify for TALGVs Vet Care for Life program) and Im sure experienced big dog people will applaud the day they chose me!
