Hi, my name is Bernie. Moving into a new home can sometimes be exciting for people and pets alike, but in my case, the family was moving from a home with a yard to a small apartment, and unfortunately there wasn?t room for me to have the space to enjoy the outdoors that I deserved. I?m a 30-pound, 1-year-old, brown and tan Australian Kelpie, Beagle, and Corgi mix with a super sweet personality. I loved the 5-year-old kid that I ?owned,? so I?ll bet another kid or two to dote on would be just up my alley. I got along with the other dog in the house (we slept together outdoors in our igloo sometimes), and although I?m a tad shy at first, I really do love ?grown up? people too. I could use a bit more education in the doggie skills department, but for someone who has time to spend on that, I?ll be a companion par excellence!
