Then the ?bad old days? came when she moved away and left us in the yard to fend for ourselves. Although the neighbors fed us for a while, they worried we wouldn?t last long if we had to keep dodging predatory desert dwellers, so they brought us here. I had a hard time trying to make it on my own for so long, and now here I am in strange surroundings yet again, so I hope I can be forgiven for being awfully shy at the moment. The volunteers think that despite what I?ve been through, I?m really a very sweet guy at heart and that all I need is a someone special who will show me the love that I?ve been missing for so long, so I?m really hopeful you?ll show up soon!
