Tuxedo - Hank - Medium - Young - Male - Cat
HANK
Hank is a very lucky male Tuxedo who must have guardian angels. He is loving and grateful to be safe and secure. Brushing is one of his favorite pastimes, along with eating. Another cat or two don?t seem to be a problem but he hasn?t been introduced to dogs yet. He is FELV/FIV negative. Hank was probably born in xxxx.
And why do we think Hank has a guardian angel? In early December, he was hit by a car and the driver picked him up and took him to one of the emergency vet centers. She couldn?t afford to have him mended and the vet who saw him felt there was something special about Hank and she couldn?t put him down. So she called Paws Patrol and asked if we would take him once she wired his broken jaw and neutered him. We agreed. And so Hank came to a foster home and had to be kenneled for 6 weeks while he healed. At first he was wary of his surroundings but who could blame him? He had spent three days in the emergency center and now he was in a kennel in an unfamiliar place. But soon he decided it wasn?t a bad thing.
In late January, the wire was removed along with 2 broken teeth. Now Hank has a room to temporarily call home but he needs a permanent home with loving people to care for him. And, of course, he must be an indoor only cat. If you want a truly grateful cat, who is living his second life, come meet Hank and consider adopting him into your family.
Paws Patrol kitties are $65 for one and $100 for two. Please refer to your adoption packet to see all the veterinary tests and procedures that have already been done. Now your new kitty can also have a wellness check at Valley Verde Clinic. But you must make the appointment within seven to ten days of the adoption date and tell them this is a kitty from Paws Patrol. Seniors age 65 or older and disabled persons of any age may qualify to adopt one cat over 6 months of age free of charge. All members of the household must be at least age 50. For full details, please contact Paws Patrol. SPECIAL: Active military may adopt for 1/2 the current adoption rate. And in case of transfer or deployment, Paws Patrol will always take the cat back and place it in a foster home until you return. Paws Patrol cats are to be INDOOR ONLY cats. If you insist on having a declawed cat, please look for a cat that has previously been declawed Paws Patrol cats and kittens live in foster homes which provides them with the love and special attention they deserve.
